REPLACEMENT DIFFUSER COMPONENTS

At its most basic level, we offer replacement diffuser membranes or complete diffusers to replace existing components that have lost their original performance. Where time allows, we can test existing diffusers in the field or in our laboratory, and we can supply test rigs with different membrane materials to optimise material selections for particular wastewaters. We provide complete diffuser importation and customs clearance services, and organise deliveries to site.  We also offer installation services and site supervision to meet individual client needs.

WHOLE SYSTEM REPLACEMENTS

Increased plant loads quite often require whole aeration system replacements, including much of the supporting lateral pipework. Whole system replacement projects are more complex since they have a more substantial design component.  Assisted chiefly by our main supplier EDI, we are well-equipped to provide design services as well as supply of all submerged components. New diffuser systems are generally tank-tested at their manufacturers’ works to verify guaranteed performance before shipment of the complete systems.

EXISTING AERATION SYSTEM TESTING AND MAINTENANCE

We can assist clients with on-site test measurements to help them gauge performance of their existing aeration systems and the need or otherwise for system replacements.  Service life of existing aeration systems can be extended by injecting formic acid vapour into the air delivery pipework. On site testing and acid vapour dosing is generally undertaken by Aqua-Audit, an independent testing company. You can engage them direct, or we can procure their services for you.
